It was difficult to activate the warranty because the link didn’t work with the first two attempts.

Two orders with very delayed delivery and poor customer service

I placed an order for $326 was for 5 pair of Momentum shorts on May 27th. I received an email on May 28th stating my order was shipped with a tracking number. I continued checking the tracking number on the DHL website, but no updates showed except stating “order received and tracking information updated soon.” I first contacted customer service email on June 10th. They responded stating there was a problem with the logistic partner, and they would get back to me with 2-3 business days. I never got a response, so I replied on June 17th. I received another response stating the logistic partner is still investigating and they will contact me as soon as they get more information. Again, no response. I sent a third email on June 24th asking for an update. As of June 28th, still no response. I replied for the FOURTH time on June 28th asking for a full refund.
I really wanted the shorts for a vacation in a few weeks so I REordered the Momentum Shorts on June 24th and received a shipping notification email but the tracking number shows no updates in the last 5 days. I hope I didn’t make a mistake by placing another order before the previous order is resolved. This is ridiculous!
*****UPDATE*****
I just received both orders! It took 6 weeks to receive the order I placed on May 28th but all items arrived. I really like the Momentum Shorts and the quality is very good. I also received the jean shorts order and I also like them very much. I've updated my rating to 4 stars because of the quality of the items and didn't give 5 starts because the customer service regarding these orders needs improvement.

ASAP Utilities is Awesome

ASAP Utilities is Awesome! This product saves so much time when reformatting data downloaded into Excel. It's provides so much functionality which isn't available directly in Excel. Well worth the price.
