Chad and the team at Amber have been super helpful and responsive when it comes to issues I've had with my Model 3. I suffered from a super bottle replacement that would've cost me $1700 out of pocket but I paid less than 1/10 of that. Just today, my charging port suffered a failure with the latch leaving it unable to supercharge and Tesla quoted me $567. I sent an email, on the weekend nonetheless and they responded in less than an hour assuring me it would be covered.
