Wir vermieten das Objekt Casa Nanda NR. FEWO 2464001 in Mombaruzzo Italien. Ihre letzte Abrechnung für Gäste die 12 Tage gemietet haben hat uns die Luft verschlagen. Gebühren für den Gast sind 274.67 €. Unsere Gebühren sind 127,30 sowie einer "Zahlungsbearbeitungsgebühr" von 76.38 (!).
Zusammen macht das Gebühren von 478.35 was 20,5% des von uns angesetztem Mietpreis ist.
Übrigens hatte auch der Mieter nur kopfschüttelnd gesagt: Das ist Diebstahl.
