My name is Areej Shatat, I am pregnant and a mother of three young children living in Gaza: Yahya, Reem, and Aisha.

Every night the freezing winter wind cuts through our shelter. My children shiver and cry, and I have nothing to warm them — no proper clothes, no blankets, no heat.

I am also pregnant, and the hunger is constant. There is barely any food — most days we go hungry. I watch my children’s small bodies shake from cold and hunger, and I feel a pain that breaks me every single moment.

There are nights when they fall asleep without eating, and I stay awake trying to protect them from the cold and fear.

My name is Jenna, and I am a 20-year-old woman living in Gaza. After our home was destroyed during the war, my family and I were forced to live in a dilapidated tent that offers no real shelter from the harsh weather or the difficult reality we face daily.

We are suffering from extremely harsh living and humanitarian conditions, with a severe shortage of even the most basic necessities.

Since the beginning of the war, my father has been missing. We have no information about his whereabouts, and the uncertainty surrounding his fate has only intensified our already unbearable psychological pain.

My brother, Rami, was seriously injured while trying to bring food to our family from a dangerous area. He continues to suffer from the physical and psychological effects of his injury.

The tent we live in is old and worn out. It doesn't protect us from the cold, rain, or wind. We lack even the most basic necessities, such as blankets and personal hygiene items, making our daily lives extremely difficult and unsafe.

After the war ended, we hoped to begin rebuilding our lives. But the occupying forces continue to raze our area to the ground, bulldozing it daily along the Green Line, making it impossible for us to return to our homes or feel any sense of safety or stability.

I am sharing this message in the hope of receiving urgent humanitarian support—a safe tent for me and my family, as well as basic supplies to help us survive these extremely difficult circumstances.
