This is a small local business. They are nice people who make some great products. Our retrievers have absolutely benefited from the CBD. We have been using the chews for a couple years.

While the CBD is good, slowest shipping ever. I ship daily, and can ship across the country in half the time this took. I ordered my 2nd bottle on 1-10 for my senior dog, who was obviously nearing her end of life and was just trying to keep her comfortable from a tweaked ankle. Purchased on 1-10, label made 1-12, and USPS didn't receive until 1-14. I emailed, but never received a response. Finally received package, hours before my dog passed, 1-20. If I had known it would take that long, I would not have ordered it and feel they should update on the page, so people are informed. Especially when dealing with a fur baby that may need it for pain, calming, etc. I would have paid extra if I had known but assumed 3-5 days, at most. Now I have a full bottle that my baby didn't even get to have.

Shipping is quick and packed well. The product itself works really well to manage my dogs IVDD pain and I believe helps to keep the inflammation down. Customer service when needed was also really great so I will continue to support this company.

3-5 days before a subscription ships you should get notification but this company just says your order is being shipped with no way to change it. I will always avoid companies like this as it's bad business practice and disrespectful to its customers. Hope the 50$ was worth losing my business.
