Disappointing experience
I paid $730 for a move-out clean on a 3-bedroom house with one toilet, including nine blinds and nine fly screens. Only two workers were sent, they arrived late, and the job wasn’t finished by the agreed time — even though I had informed them my landlord would arrive at 6 PM for the final inspection.
Rather than focusing on the booked service, the team contacted me during the job to “reassess” and quoted an extra $400 to wash some marked walls — despite not having completed the tasks already included in the price.
For the amount I paid, I expected a high standard of service. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and poorly managed. By comparison, I later hired two independent cleaners for my new home at $50/hour. They worked longer, were more thorough, and charged just $400 in total.
I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them based on what I received.

Update (12 July 2025):
After posting my original review, I received a strongly worded email from the company director threatening legal action unless I removed it. Shortly after, my review disappeared from my account without explanation. I’m reposting it here with an update.
I’ve since reviewed my call logs and text messages, which confirm my experience — including no reply between 1:51 PM and 2:27 PM, a reassessment call at 3:11 PM for an empty house, and only two cleaners on-site throughout. The third cleaner didn’t arrive until 6:53 PM — well past the scheduled finish time.
This review contains no personal attacks or offensive language. Everything I’ve written reflects my genuine experience, supported by records. I’m disappointed by the company’s response and stand by my right to share honest feedback.
