Very smooth service, I had an issue with the invoice data, but after a call to the team Money from the customer service team was extremely quick to resolve the issue. He provided email updates, recognising the issue and followed up with a call to make sure I had everything I need. Very happy with the service!

Absolutely rubbish service
Absolutely rubbish service. Booked the car in for an oil change on Tuesday. Someone called me to say they couldn't do it on a Tuesday so it was rescheduled for the Wednesday. The car was supposed to be getting picked up between 8:30 and 10:00 and returned in the afternoon but I then got a text the night before saying it had been changed to between 10:00 and 12:00. I called at 11:30 as no one had turned up yet to make sure it would still be returned in the afternoon. The guy I spoke to said he would find out and call me back in 10 minutes. Half an hour later and it is now 12:00. No one has called back and no one has arrived to pick up the car.
Shockingly bad! Keep well clear of this company.

STAY AWAY Scam company with scam reviews who use a scam garage collected my vehicle to change alternator belt. They then said whilst their driver was driving to garage the timing belt snapped and damaged the engine and are refusing to fix it. Also charged me £181 to get my vehicle back broken and are now ignoring my emails and phone calls.

After a careful review, our team found that the timing belt failure was a separate issue related to the natural life-cycle of that part, and was not linked to the alternator belt service we performed. Because our technicians completed the booked work to the required professional standards, we are regrettably not able to waive the service fee or take responsibility for the costs associated with the unrelated damage.
We’ve sent a more detailed explanation to your email to help clarify the technical side of things. We value your business and hope that it provides clarity on why we have reached this difficult decision.
