Excellent service from guy who collected and delivered my car. Was able to book at quite short notice. Cost from garage was reasonable though they did ‘recommend’ further work on some things, which I didn’t feel was necessary and declined.

There’s an extraordinary range of classes and workshops available- all included in the membership. My experience of the instructors is that they are all highly experienced and very helpful - I’ve tried a few things for the first time and each trainer has been kind and prepared to help me adapt when my body can’t quite do something. Shout outs to Lee, Kelsey, Lily, David Roberts in particular. The app is great and makes booking easy and the waitlist means you often get into a class that had been fully booked. The facilities are spotlessly clean - there’s an army of staff constantly cleaning equipment, changing rooms and spa etc.

Very efficient and friendly service. We flew from Bournemouth which was a dream! Flights each way were on time.

I got what I wanted in the end but someone started helping me to start with then wandered off to help someone buying socks...I was buying a golf bag! Usually I find them fairly helpful.

Easy to book the mobile service online. Mechanic arrived on time and with a call a few minutes earlier to let me know he was coming. He was polite, helpful and just got on with fitting our 3 tyres quickly. No complaints at all about the service.
