Dropshipping from China

Poor quality, nothing like in the advert and much too small. Definitely don't shop there.

Everything looks good on screen, but when you get up close it's unfortunately really bad quality…like just cheap disposable material…I wanted to like them but when I got the product it was so poorly made [saying it nicely]... I can't return it, I'm gonna donate it.
Like the bottom of my shirt isn't even hemmed... It's kind of like loose frayed threading... Whatever sweatshop they gotta made at, was like the worst of the worst…

Delivery took about 4 weeks, it came from China. The fabric feels very cheap and has a weird fishy smell. I want to return it but I don't get a response...
I want my money back.

Ordered a black & a white stretch dress shirt. Delivery took over a month to be disappointed when it arrived. packaging was flimsy so the collar on the black shirt came permanently crunched up to the point of damage. Then I noticed a stripe of red ink on the white shirt as I pulled it out of the plastic. Asides, shirts are decent quality but not as seen advertised. Buy your shirts anywhere else. I created an account just to write this review if that says anything.

Very poor customer service, item took 4 weeks to receive. This is just cheap polyester drop shipped from China under the guise of a nice clothing brand. Avoid and buy elsewhere

I ordered the wrong size, the costumer support was really nice and quick. They sended me the right size afterwards, also the quality felt awesome. Really happy with my shirts and polos!

Very long shipping. About 4 weeks. But I really love how it looks and feels. Just like in the ad. Not a scam for me

Made an order over 3 weeks ago, spent around $80 and still no delivery. Emailed 2 days ago and still no communication back. Also the delivery tracking ID is not clear to us at all :( very disappointed.

I ordered 2 sets of 5 shirts, which were shipped frm the US to the UK. This took quite a long time, but I suppose nothing unexpected.

The shirts were not the quality I expected, and the fit wasn't great on either size I ordered, so I initiated a returns. I sent the returns to the address I was given by Marcivo's Shop page, which cost me £30 per parcel as Marcivo don't offer free returns. Some weeks later the shirts were returned to me as undeliverable, at which point I contact Marcivo customer support to find out more.

It took me 1 whole month of chasing before the customer support team contacted me back, only to tell me that the address on their shop page was incorrect, and that the proper returns process is to contact them first, at which time they will send you the correct address. However as part of that email they again did not accept that as part of me requesting an address, and I had to send an additional email requesting approval for a returns. I fully expect them to take another month to reply! I also requested they comp my delivery fee as it's not my fault the address on their page is correct, but was told this was not something they offer. So by the time I have resent the parcel to the correct address I will have spent £120 on shipping costs alone, which effectively halves the entire refund I would've received anyway. Not worth the effort. Not worth the price. Not worth buying from them. I would not recommend to anyone.

The products are really bad and straight from China, same items can be found online for a couple of dollars. DO NOT fall for this scam!

Great shirts and great customer service. When I ordered a shirt too large, They immediately sent a replacement and it was the perfect fit.
