Everything looks good on screen, but when you get up close it's unfortunately really bad quality…like just cheap disposable material…I wanted to like them but when I got the product it was so poorly made [saying it nicely]... I can't return it, I'm gonna donate it.
Like the bottom of my shirt isn't even hemmed... It's kind of like loose frayed threading... Whatever sweatshop they gotta made at, was like the worst of the worst…

As someone with a physical disability[not a cognitive one], I thought the photo verification step might have contributed to the problem. I was initially frustrated with the lack of clarity around the consistency rules for the new Starter Plus plan, which led to some issues on my end. I've done other surveys, I like to lay out of yougov. Obviously it would be better they had more bonuses or things like that, but it is what it is and it's pretty good.

Figured out what I was supposed to do. Customer service sometimes a little slow but Alenar was very helpful and efficient thanks. There's still a couple things holding TPT back from being five stars, if they address these things they will be number one for sure.

I would give this 4 1/2 stars… I had a lot of questions, support was a little slow to respond but the agent named Caramel was professional, courteous and patient. I thought I was taking up all her time, but she didn't make me feel that way. Got all my questions answered. Thumbs up

So my initial review was only one star, but I changed it because they have good customer service, and I value their prompt replies. My response is primarily directed towards the first portion of this course. The promotional materials promised a "volume profile formula," but all I found was basic information readily available on YouTube, such as the concept that price action often moves from areas of low volume back to areas of high volume.

Despite the course fee of $27, which isn’t substantial, my frustration stems from the misleading advertising rather than the cost itself. The course begins at a very basic level and largely consists of filler content without any advanced strategies as implied. It feels like a sales tactic designed to push students towards purchasing more advanced—and expensive—courses.

While there might be some value for absolute beginners in terms of quality trade ideas, there's nothing offered at the $27 level that you couldn't find for free on YouTube. Overall, this course did not meet the expectations set by its marketing, and I wouldn't recommend it to those looking to advance beyond basic trading knowledge.

I didn't however explore their advanced courses, so I don't know what it can offer you. If I was to participate in the advanced Studies my experience might change, and so might my review.

I'm starting to have doubts about TPT... Recently, I encountered an issue where my subscription was renewed a day earlier than expected, and it happened to be a subscription I intended to cancel. Despite the fact that the renewal was scheduled for a day later, they insisted it was my responsibility to cancel it earlier. This strikes me as rather questionable. How can one place trust in a company that operates in such a manner? They essentially blamed me for not canceling the subscription sooner, even though there was still a day left.
In addition, the level of customer service is rather hit or miss. Some representatives seem disinterested or lack enthusiasm, almost as if they're just fulfilling their duties. While my experience might not be universal, it's disheartening nonetheless. On a positive note, the daily withdrawal option is quite convenient.
Overall, I'm feeling quite dissatisfied with the whole ordeal. It's unfortunate because I used to have a high regard for this company

Again, another good experience. Had a lot of questions about resetting the subscription, Priscilla was very patient with me even after all my misunderstandings. Been following their education series and they've been very informative. Seems like they definitely want you to get ahead. Definitely by far the top prop firm out there

Despite all the technical issues delaying the evaluation process, I've had a really good experience with the support team. I can't emphasize how much help Mike E has been. Mike E has been extremely patient and helpful, my emails were responded to promptly and he walked me through everything to help set up the process. Definitely two thumbs up for support. Not just Mike, but the support I received before him was also very good. No exaggeration, I would recommend this to everybody
