They where charging for two orders. I thought it was a hacker so I call call my bank decline my credit card. But I call the the lab company and they fix the payment. Know iam waiting for my patches.

Fraudulent charges generic product do not buy
Charged expidited shipping for a slow-bost drop shipped generic item from china. They do not make their own anything. They resell. Was charged a recurring monthly fee for "vip customer" that I did not approve.

Had a minor issue with a missing strap in the package. Sent them an email and got a response within hours. They shipped out a replacement immediately, no questions asked. The product (OrthoBack) itself is good, but I was most impressed by how easy it was to deal with their team. That kind of support really builds trust.

First of all, I only ordered the flexi knee pain patch. 3 other items was added that I did not order it was added to my account and charged. Thank goodness I went through PayPal and has been able to dispute through my bank and block any transactions from your company. I don't trust ordering anything else 😒
