We have used them for website issues, SEO evalutions, site audits, improvements, technical issues and all aspects of website management. Could not be any more pleased with what they offer and their response and action.

We have been working with Plumrocket for over 2 years now. They helped us recover data from our crashed Magento 2 server. They brought our site back online on another server, updated it, and ensured it was running. Anyone who has been in our situation would know how stressed we were, but the Plumrocket team got us up and running again in a couple of days. Plumrocket was very responsive and helpful in their replies when we had an issue with integrating the plug-in to our Magento 2 store. The issue was resolved and follow up messages were sent offering more help if needed.

Purchased the Magento 2 Advanced Reviews & Reminders Extension. It's well worth the extra price compared to others. They have thought of everything. Don't waste your time looking at others.
Plus their support is 100%. I installed their free lazy load extension which also has a great preload of images feature. It didn't work with my MagicToolbox extension, so they made it compatible for free, WOW!
