Scam

I ordered shirts. It took 46 days to receive them. The day after I received the order, I requested an exchange. After 2 months of delays and me returning the shirts, they said they couldn't honor the return after 30 days even though they have both my money and their shirts.

Scam! Worst company I’ve dealt with!

Easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The tank tops arrived and were tiny so I immediately requested a refund. Over the course of 4 months they told me they were looking into/processing my refund. After 4 months I was then told I couldn’t have a refund as it had exceeded 30 days. The customer service is laughable, taking 4 months to reach a conclusion then denying refund because they took soo long. Really would not recommend this company, a complete scam.

Place an order and the shop app…

Place an order and the shop app automatically changed it back to my previous address. I immediately emailed to cancel to change address and was told they’d amend it their end. Nothing was changed and was sent and delivered to my old address as no signature was required.

They have not taken accountability for their error and because I didn’t reply with my address in time (it wasn’t dispatched for another 3 days) now asking I make a lost parcel dispute with the carrier before they can take any action. - Asked for a refund multiple times and it is being ignored.

Wouldn’t trust this site.

Customer service took a bit to reply when I asked about my order, but whatever, the product’s good. Fits well, sits flat, and doesn’t squeeze my chest like others I’ve tried.

Huge scam

Huge scam, marketing branded clothings and sending you Chinese quality knock offs. Then you have to pay $15 processing & shipping fee and $15 restocking fee to return them. What a hassle. Plenty of 1 star reviews everywhere, the 5 star ones are fake. I have to go through with my bank and request a chargeback against them now.

Order is taking too long to get

Terrible customer service, poor tank tops

Terrible customer service. I was not happy about the quality of their tank tops, and they have not responded to me about a refund despite claiming to have a 60 day policy. It has been over 2 months now.

Terrible customer service

Shirt came super small. I ordered a size up and still could not fit it on.
Customer service was quick to respond to my initial inquiry for a return shipping label and then never followed up despite multiple emails asking for an update for a month. Still no resolution. Awful customer service

Absolutely DO NOT order

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend avoiding this site. I tried to order from them. Shipping took quite some time and when I tried them on they were two small. I now have been trying to do a return for almost a month and have been ignored after one response trying to refuse my return.

Fake website. No customer support, Paid 26£ and never received any products. No social media presence as well. They send you a shipping info of ‘Yun Express’ which stays on ‘Received Shipment Info’ for weeks.

Delivered, in good condition, poor fit!

Received the product in decent time and in decent condition. Probably the only 2 positives unfortunately.
I ordered 3 tanks, sized up considerably considering the fit is tighter, still one of the tightest, shortest and uncomfortable tanks I’ve worn. Sorry guys, these just aren’t it. For reference to those looking to grab these - I purchased 2XL, I’m 5’9” @ 97kg. Definitely recommend 3XL if you’re anything like my above stats.

Caught

This appears to be a new domain using another brand’s (ekkovision) product photos. I don’t expect to actually receive anything but, even if I do, building your brand by copying an established one verbatim is plenty reason for one star. They’ve got fake trustpilot ratings on “their products” and even if I do receive my order, the quality will probably be buns. Still shady regardless. Scam likely, I’m probably just the first of many.
