Awful product quality and terrible service.
Instant regret on ordering 2 bras via Instagram ad - contacted them to cancel the order which they said they couldn't do as they already processed the order and that I would have to wait for it to arrive to request a full refund.
When it arrived the product was really poor quality and even fully extended the straps were too short. I contacted the next day for a refund and was told they could only offer 50% refund or an exchange. I said based on UK consumer law I was entitled to 100% refund including shipping which they continued to say was against their policy. I'm now requesting a reverse charge through my bank as this is clearly a scam.
The website and ads make it look genuine but unfortunately it is not.

Wat een slecht bedrijf. Allemaal nep. Er wordt niets geleverd. Een Wallet besteld , ze zeggen dat het verstuurd is uit China maar er komt niets.

Absolutely terrible. First they signed me up to a strange membership, which thankfully I was able to clock and request cancellation before it was actually charged. Then the bras are in no way even near what was advertised. Insane scam. I ordered these jelly technology bras that you see all over instagram and got a piece of fabric weirdly sewn together. Absolutely awful. Scam. Wish I had looked at reviews before.

Ordered two shirts for £31. Took almost a month to arrive from China. Buying directly from temu would have been quicker. Cheap polyester, they smell horrible, fitting is too loose. Got an email about a subscription which I never signed up for. You need to email to get the subscription cancelled. There is no information on return procedure on the website. Sent an email for return procedure and was told to send the item back to USA and pay a restocking fee of $15.

Wish I had looked up the reviews.

Stay away from this company at all costs. They do everything they can to get away with your money. Im well within their return policy guidelines and they refuse to give my money back.

The items were bad quality and didn't fit well at all. Customer service emails were painfully slow and felt AI generated. They will only refund 50% of the order if you want to return and charge a $15 restocking fee plus shipping to return. Absolute scam do not buy from here

I ordered two tank tops advertised as cotton. What I received were items labelled 90% polyester / 10% elastane, with no cotton content at all.
I contacted customer support immediately and provided photos of the labels. Despite this, the company repeatedly categorised the issue as “material expectations or preference,” which is incorrect — the items simply did not match the product description.
They refused a full refund, refused to provide a prepaid return label for their mistake, and offered only a 50% partial refund, stating this was their “final decision.”
I was left without the products I ordered and with items that are unusable to me. Based on this experience, I would advise other customers to be very cautious and to check material descriptions carefully.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a shirt on sale, and without any clear warning or consent, Avellia secretly enrolled me in a recurring monthly subscription. This is a deceptive and scam-like practice designed to trick customers. I never agreed to pay a monthly fee. Their business model relies on hiding charges and misleading shoppers. A terrible, unethical company. I will be reporting them and disputing the charges with my bank.

I bought two shirts and a month has passed and i haven't recieved my products or further updates on them.The webpage doesnt have any cancellation or followup buttons, it doesnt give any feedback.

The real problem is that now they started charging my credit card with a monthly subscription withuot my authorization that they name Avellia VIP and not only does absolutely nothing but it is imposible to cancel on their site, they tell you to send an email to support but they don't help you, it is only an automated responde leading nowhere.

I had to report the charges to the bank, i'm on the process and Will have to cancel my credit card.

Ordered two shirts for my husband for Christmas but it took them a month to arrive, so did not arrive on time. The material is polyester not cotton. Not stretchy at all and really wrinkly, so it’s completely false advertising. Do not buy!

Ordered two shirts, arrived and noticed straight away that they weren't as stretchy as the advert, emailed for a return and was told they do not do returns unless it's delivery related. Avoid like the plague

I waited a whole month for my two shirts. In the promotional videos, the shirt looks stretchy and they even show that you can theoretically tear it apart by pulling it. In reality, the shirt is not stretchy at all and does not adapt well to the body.

The material feels like polyester, and after wearing it for just one minute, I already felt hot. The claim that it “doesn’t need ironing” is also not true, as it has more wrinkles than my regular shirt when it’s not ironed.

Overall bad experience, ordered 5 shirts, they were all poor material, made in china, one of the shirts were wrong color, not the right measurements as they claimed them to be and not stretchy at all.. it took them 14 days to ship it aswell

Generic ads which I only found out after ordering. Their support doesn’t respond, the items are being shipped from China which their site has no real way of tracking. Would give 0 stars if possible

Dit is al de 5e site die ik in een reclame tegenkom waar dezelfde gast een stretchy shirt verkoopt.
Alle sites zijn ongeveer gelijk aan elkaar, met dezelfde AI foto’s van het shirt.

Ook allemaal is er iets van een 1 + 1 deal nu nu geldig. Ik vertrouw het niet.
