What you’re seeing is completely normal — because we never use perfumes or synthetic fragrance. Our formulas are made only with organic plant oils and natural ingredients. These beautiful organic essential oils can sometimes settle at the top of the bottle, especially during transit, and a gentle shake brings everything back together perfectly. once you shake the bottle they disperse.

misleading promotion, poor customer service
I had just purchased a full supply of product, but when I saw the advertised sale to receive a gift with purchase, I ordered again the next day! But I never received the free gift. I did not see it listed on my order confirmation so contacted you within minutes, but was told "tough luck." This will be my last order because I feel tricked and unappreciated.
