I’ve been a regular customer of Annachi Supermarket for almost a year now, and I place an order nearly every month. Their consistency and reliability are the main reasons I keep coming back.

They offer an excellent range of Asian groceries — fresh vegetables and fruits, a wide variety of spices, different types of rice and flour, dry fish, kitchen utensils, and so much more. It’s truly a one-stop shop for authentic ingredients.

What impressed me most recently was their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond by removing the restrictions and sending the vegetables I specifically requested. It really shows how much they value their customers and genuinely care about fulfilling requests.

Finding a place to order Indian groceries in and around Paris seemed like daunted task but then I found Annachi.fr. Placed order which delivered promply. Havent cooked anything yet but I am looking forward to and for sure I will be ordering again. Cant wait to try.

Par ailleurs, Annachi affiche clairement les dates de péremption des produits proposés sur son site. Cette transparence représente un véritable atout et nous a particulièrement convaincus. Le fait de pouvoir consulter directement ces informations en ligne constitue, à nos yeux, un avantage considérable et un réel gage de confiance.

Le site d’Annachi précise également qu’il est possible de payer à la livraison. En ce qui me concerne, j’ai effectivement pu régler ma commande auprès du livreur, qui disposait d’un terminal de paiement par carte bancaire. Toutefois, il est surprenant de constater que l’option de paiement à la livraison n’apparaît plus lorsque je souhaite effectuer une nouvelle commande, alors qu’il n’est mentionné nulle part qu’il s’agissait d’une offre temporaire.

I liked that most of the food was in good condition. However, I had to throw away the milk cake because it was in the same packet as the mutton and the mutton was not sealed. I was really shocked to see that all the blood had escaped from the mutton packet and since there was a hole in the milk cake packet- the blood entered inside. It was quite disheartening since I was looking forward to trying it and also serving it to some guests. I advise to check that meat packets are sealed well, which I think is the norm, or are isolated in the aluminum cold bag.

Update: Updating my rating since after I posted the review since I am really happy with the way things were handled after the mishap. My experience was sincerely acknowledged and I was refunded promptly for the spoiled milk cake. Will definitely order from the store in the future.
