I used to buy plants from various suppliers, not anymore. The plants I used to receive were small, sick, badly packed and often disappointing. Crocus has large range of high quality plants, they arrive fast and in excellent conditions. I have bought over hundred in the last year, so I don’t go anywhere else.

I order quite regularly from this company. A very good range of good quality products not available in your general garden centre. Good value for money, quality and unusual products plus exceptional customer service both pre and post purchase . Delivery is super fast and products well packed and arrive safely. My latest delivery arrived the next day.

The plants were very good but the delivery was very bad. Twice they delivered to the wrong address and when I complained they sent the next part by the same delivery driver who apparently couldn't find our house. The forth time they got it right. We have lived at this address for over twenty five years so I do not know what the problem was.

Nice pots & first class service.
Nice pots, v pleasant deliveryman & good service from Crocus, however..... As others have said - the packaging (although immensely effective) is on another level and involved a trip to the tip just to get rid of it!

This is really taking the proverbial. An e-mail on how to care for your new plants ( do a Lazarus perhaps) which haven't been delivered and 4 requests for a refund have been ignored

Dyana, I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the size of your plant.
Some of our plants are supplied very young (the size is based on the pot, not the visible top growth), so they can look quite small at first but will grow on with care. If you’re worried there might be no viable plant in the pot, please send us a direct message with your order details and a couple of clear photos so we can check and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
