My order of x3 perennials collections arrived very promptly, was extremely well packed and labelled and the plants ( although in their dormant period), were all healthy and exactly what we had ordered. I am very pleased and look forward to seeing them come to life in a few months.

I was disappointed that no instructions were included and that there was no way of determining which amaryllis bulb of the 3 was which. I now understand instructions can be found online. The bulbs however were not individually wrapped or marked - all 3 were together in one unlabelled brown paper bag. I have planted them so hopefully they will grow and I will find out!

The plants arrived on time but I can't say the same for the delivery driver who decided to throw the box over the gate.
All Dahlias are good , but 2/3 plants are not shooting yet

Parker's in Mottram is a garden centre that I go to frequently. I found an offer (for snowdrops in growth) which was not available in the garden centre, only by mail order. Reluctantly I ordered them. I much prefer to see what I am buying,

The plants were sent by Evri. Although the box in which they were delivered was marked "fragile" and had arrows to show which way it should be kept, it was left on its side in front of my house and some of the plants were damaged.

I complained to both Evri and Parker's (sending a photo with my message). The former repeatedly misunderstood my point. They wanted to respond to a complaint about a parcel not being delivered. Parker's asked again for a photo, but by this stage I had already planted the snowdrops. They said I should just wait and see if the grew next year.

I was not happy with the service I received, although the plants would have been fine if they had been delivered properly. Both Evri and Parker's could have dealt with my complaint better.

Good price plants customer service is brilliant can’t fault them very helpful and I would highly recommend them have ordered again

My plants arrived well packaged and in excellent condition and well labelled and they are now growing on perfectly well and the choice in the catalog is excellent

The web site is very easy to use with good tips about the plants. The plants arrived within the specified time and appear to be of excellent quality, I will know in the summer.

All plants and tubers arrived as predicted and in excellent condition. Only time will tell how good they all grow and flower.

Delivered when they said they would. Plants look healthy, buds present. No problems.

A very interesting website with so much choice and information. Excellent service, I ordered bare root plants and also 9cm potted plants and each one was carefully packed and has arrived safe and healthy. Kept informed of delivery and options if I was not at home.

This was a special offer. The packaging was poor, a modified box with the lid stapled together. The courier was very careful but the lid was damp from the packaging and had collapsed. Plants arrived squashed and one branch broken. Another plant looks weak with few leaves. Not sure I shall order again from this company.

I have used parkers several times and my items have always arrived on time and in good condition.
