Paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Items were not delivered until they day after they were due to be.

I ordered a laptop and received a soup maker. On calling customer service I was told I have to wait 2 weeks for a refund before I can purchase another. I was informed they don't do exchanges, however I did not order the item I received. Very refused to send out the item I had ordered. This was for a birthday present. Would not recommend

We was having problems making payment, contacted customer services. They were brilliant and solved our problem straight away.

The dryer we purchased is actually what we expected and the del Very service was great

Gives you a credit limit to then not let you order to then later tell you you can't even buy anything with straight cash upfront because your then at a later date found your not entitled to the credit so unless you have that you can't buy anything at all even with cash upfront its ridiculous

I ordered a car chair and paid next day delivery,two days later I had to call as there were no updates on my account I was told it must of gone missing so a second one was sent out,two days later both arrived and both had been added to my account. I phoned to arrange a return and was told I need to find a parcel shop to return the item myself,I am currently recovering from a broken leg so this is going to be really difficult and will incur extra costs payable by me ie a cab and if I am able find one that will help me carry it.
It is really unfair that the customer should be responsible for rectifying very's logistics issues. This will definitely effect wether I order from very in the future.

Very fast delivery and the delivery person was very helpful and polite

There should have been a rating below 1 for Very, but unfortunately it doesn't exist. It has been an absolute nightmare to speak to very's customer service. I live in Jersey. I ordered 4 dining chairs in January 2026 and was to receive them in a week. After way past the delivery date, i called them to know when will my chairs be delivered. And i found out over the phone that the items had been lost in transit, which they never told me before, and then they cancelled my order and issued a refund. I was upset that i wasted time whereas i could have just gotten the chairs from Dunelm, which i eventually did. A few days later, I get a call for a delivery of dining chairs so I went home and collected them. And then I saw that these were the same chairs from Very and the delivery driver had already gone so I couldn’t return it at spot. So I called Very to arrange the collection as soon as possible as I have other furniture items coming in and don’t have the storage space. It has been more than a week now and they still haven’t arranged the items to be collected. They booked one courier from me last week over the phone and confirmed that I will receive an email from the courier within the next 3 business days and I didn’t. Called them again and they told me the courier I am referring to was never booked so we can book another courier instead for collection. And I am completely helpless. Its sad to be stressed, knowing that no one can really help you. I do have some legal advice that after 14 to 21 days, if they haven’t collected them, it is not my responsibility to keep them anymore so I can just throw them out, which I am very tempted to do. So incompetent and inhumane. Never using Very again!!

Only just the last few months been shopping with Very, found it easy to shop quick checkout and your goods are with you in a few days. Really good and quality stuff
