Awful customer service
I purchased two sportswear items in November 2025 that did not fit. Customer service asked me to return them, without clearly explaining that returns must be sent to China, at the customer’s expense, and that parcels are often held by Chinese customs.
I returned the items on December 5th, paying over nearly £30 in shipping. After more than 2 months, I still had no refund. The company later admitted that this situation “happens often” and that the package might never be released, meaning no full refund.
Despite this being a known issue, they only offered a 70% refund, leaving me out of pocket for both the missing amount and the return shipping.
If this is a recurring problem, customers should be informed in advance. I will not buy from this company again and advise others to be very cautious.

Sizes don’t match, if you contact the company you get a bullshit story and weeks of no communication. Poor quality. They probably posted the 5 star reviews themselves.

Poor customer service
Clearly does not care about selling good products or giving their customers good service. My leggings took ages to arrive and didn't fit well. When I asked to return and get a refund, they gave me an address but then did not reply to any of my later emails. So, I sent my leggings back to them and didn't even get my refund!

Sick of misleading adds and hope this isn’t one.

I’ve ordered a body suit with pleather panels from an add.
I’m also very petite and short (5ft)and ‘S’ I’m sure will be too big, I’m reading it’s almost impossible to return. I’m glad I paid via my credit card so I’m backed up.
Wish me luck and I will be honest if and when I receive.
I’m in Scotland so I don’t expect it too soon if at all now.
I keep fingers crossed and it’s not as bad as it’s been reviewed as.

I received product yesterday - it’s gorgeous but way too far big for me, I’m only 5ft so it looked ridiculous on me which I’m gutted about.
I’m now trying to schedule a return which I’m also worried about being doffing as mentioned in reviews, I know I have to pay my own postage! I have mailed and asked but no reply as of yet.
I’ll update how that process went.

Good quality, beautiful design
I like the product: good quality, beautiful design, print, and color. A little bit larger than my size, however, I can fix it to fit perfectly. Even if I'm literally on the other side of the world and I ordered it during holiday time, the package arrived very fast and in perfect condition!

Do not order! It’s a total scam! I read the comments in here but I was like, I’ll give it a go and I did not get anything that I paid for… thank god I have paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back but defo save yourself a hustle and do not buy anything!

Do not order. I’ve been waiting for an order for over two months. I have contacted customer service multiple times who have claimed the order is on the way but have continued to give me no real updates.
I spent over $160 and when I asked for a refund I got no reply.

First, it seems legit- but I ordered two sizes, both do not fit…it seems like cheap material / copy of bonafide. Shipping needed 3 weeks from china. You have to write them an email for return…sometimes there will be an answer, but more like to stall more time. Nothing serious. I know that I’ll better keep the product and sell it, rather than sending it back. Both sizes do not fit and they offer me an exchange :D which makes no sense at all, because I’m in between both sizes. Also, there will be high sending back "fees" you have to pay for yourself- no sense at all. What ever they promise on the site- it’s not true. Needs to be shut down!!!
