I am still waiting delivery

Update…. I have just received my product. Will update review when I’ve had a chance to test it. ………I am still waiting delivery. According to the tracking system my delivery is working its way round the UK. It is now in Croydon who have rejected it and I’ve been told to contact the courier to arrange delivery! Why? They have my address. I don’t even know who the courier is. They are not based in the UK. I have emailed Lux Cove but they are not responding! Not happy

The driver didn’t read the delivery…

The driver didn’t read the delivery instructions to leave in a safe place. What’s the point of leaving instructions if they’re not going to read them.

Easy and simple

It was very straightforward and simple to access my pension savings. Just a few easy questions online and my pension was in my bank account a week later.

Vodafone do not fulfill their promises

Vodafone do not fulfill their promises
I upgraded to Full Fibre Broadband as I wasn’t getting a WiFi signal in all my rooms. In their marketing T&Cs Vodafone promises to provide Boosters if you can’t get WiFi in all rooms. This is a blatant fat LIE. The technical department confirmed I had a weak WiFi signal but Vodafone refused to send a Booster as they advertised. Instead I was told to move the router. I told them this was not possible as it was already in the most central position. So I was told to buy my own Booster! Cheating Morons!

Awful overseas call centre !

My renewal home insurance quote went up 40% compared to last year. When I rang to see if this was negotiable as I hadn’t made a claim and no changes to my circumstances, the overseas call centre guy took 40 minutes asking me questions I couldn’t answer and eventually put the cost up! Absolutely useless! Don’t waste your time!

In over 40 years of having insurance I…

In over 40 years of having insurance I have never had to phone the Broker and repeat all the questions and details I had already submitted online when I purchased the Policy. I have just wasted 25 minutes repeating myself. What a total waste of my time! I'm furious!
I will not be renewing with Grove and Dean next year for the simple reason that they live in the dark ages and their website added an additional £15 when I pressed the 'Pay' button.
I can't even cancel in my 'cooling off' period because they will charge me £35 for the privilege!

We are also provided preferential rates from our panel of insurers for validating all purchased policies which are then passed onto our policyholders within their premiums.

Very fast and prompt delivery

Very fast and prompt delivery, although not sure the delivery driver was particularly careful with my purchases. There was a dent on one of the boxes and the bucket if tile adhesive inside was split - not good!

Remain polite at all times

I was directed to this website via google search engine. I booked my flight but didn't get a confirmation. This concerned me as normally it is instant. I then read the reviews and now I was really worried! Had to wait until the following day as it was out of hours. After a sleepless night, it took several attempts to get through but I persisted. I was told my e-ticket would be issued 2 weeks before departure. As I wasn't travelling for 6 months, this wasn't acceptable to me. I rang Virgin who confirmed a reservation had been made but it was not secure until an e- ticket is issued. Virgin gave me details so I could access my reservation online myself. I rang the agent back. I remained polite and asked them to issue the ticket to secure my flight. He promised it would be done by the end of the week and true to his word I received a confirmation showing the e-ticket number. I accessed my reservation online with Virgin and the flight was now secured with the e-ticket number as I had asked.
My flight isn't until February 2018, but so far so good. Fingers crossed.

Excellent service

Excellent advice and service from Sunglasses Shop. Prices are brilliant. Unfortunately had to return my sunglasses as they were too dark and didn't suit me. The refund was quick and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
