I Have left only 2 weeks before leaving a review. I have today been asked If I have been having any collagen treatments as my skin is looking plumped😃 I have recommended to family and friends and they too have ordered.

Had a great experience very happy with this and will definitely be using this again

I had seen the Lux Cove 7-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor advertised on Instagram and read great reviews. There was also a special offer which included a Vitamin C serum and travel pouch.
I placed the order and patiently waited for almost two weeks for it to be delivered. Not exactly express delivery as advertised!!
After using the sculptor four times I noticed fragments of white plastic breaking off around the metal strip on the head of the sculptor.
I have used the contact details to inform Lux Cove of their faulty item twice to request a replacement or refund but had no acknowledgement from them. There is no contact number advertised on their website.
Very poor customer service.
Save yourself the money and buy an identical item from other Chinese websites for a fraction of the cost!! 😡

It's lovely to use and feels healing and lifting. The vibrations cut out every now and then. Still would highly recommend. My skins feels lifted.

What an amazing little device !!! I have been using it every day for a few weeks and I can definitely see a difference in my skins firmness and texture. I have alternated between using the red and the green light and I can honestly say that the area around my jowls do not seem as ‘jowly’ . A friend has also commented on how smooth the skin looked on my face looks !!! It was quick delivery and is simple to use . One very happy customer !!

Update…. I have just received my product. Will update review when I’ve had a chance to test it. ………I am still waiting delivery. According to the tracking system my delivery is working its way round the UK. It is now in Croydon who have rejected it and I’ve been told to contact the courier to arrange delivery! Why? They have my address. I don’t even know who the courier is. They are not based in the UK. I have emailed Lux Cove but they are not responding! Not happy

The product is exactly as described. Quick delivery and good price. Not used as yet so can’t comment on how effective the item is.

Great product, only issue was it was bought as a gift and stated 3-5 days UK delivery but actually took 10 working days which meant it was late for the date required

I received a faulty item that only vibrated intermittently and had 3 coloured lights not 7 as advertised. Although their site offers 30 day returns and despite 5 emails, they would not provide a return address. What a con!

Explanation perfect, advise perfect. Quick efficient delivery packed with care. Price range really good. Felt safe and buying. Very trustworthy. Have already reccomended to friends

Fantastic little gadget, can’t believe the difference with the lines/wrinkles on my face!!definitely recommend (not sure if the buzz/vibration is supposed to be permanent tone when using because mine is often intermittent,so not sure if I’ve got a faulty device 😞

Website was easy to navigate with good introductory offers. Product was good value and definitely works to reduce facial bloating and increase skin smoothness. I like that there are different colour modes to choose from.
