My really bad experience with Kamera Express NL
This is my really bad experience with Kamera Express NL / Photospecialist.
We ordered a DJI Power 2000 (Power Station) 10-10-2025, which right after ordering was sold out, but the company still withdraw the payment nearly immediately, this is not my normal experience of procedure in various webshops.
Finally on 29-10-2025 they sent us the tracking information that they now have shipped the unit, but after several days there was no update at all on the shipment-tracking, only “PARCEL CREATED” and “NO PARCEL RECEIVED SO FAR, ONLY A PREADVICE”
After several emails Kamera Express admitted that the package probably was lost and they agreed to resend the Power Station.
But again the Power Station was sold out and we had to wait another period of time.
While waiting I coincidentally discovered they had lowered the price by 100 euros. Then again I contacted Kamera Express because they had not automatically lowered our price on the replacement unit, but anyway they agreed to refund us these 100 euros.
Time is passing and after two weeks today, there is still no sign that they had done anything about the 100 euro refund, which I of course confronted them with by email and later by phone calls, but so far no outcome.
On 20-11-2025 they get the DJI Power 2000 back in stock again and the same day they send an email notification with tracking information “PARCEL CREATED” and “NO PARCEL RECEIVED SO FAR, ONLY A PREADVICE”
After several days and status checking of the shipment tracking, everything was just like repeating, exactly same thing happened like with the first shipping “NO PARCEL RECEIVED SO FAR, ONLY A PREADVICE”
Can it really be true that Kamera Express NL have sent this Power Station two times and both times it is never scanned or received by the carrier “SPRING” there argument is that they have sent the unit both times and can’t do anything more than wait until “SPRING” returns with the results of their investigation!
I have sent several emails and contacted by phone several times, but the friendly and accommodating customer service just keeps telling me to wait until this afternoon or tomorrow because it can take up to at least 10 days or probably more than a month to get a response from the shipping company, even though I have made it very clear that my patience is GONE and I can't wait any longer, I have completely lost my trust in this company.
As a compensation they gave us a 20 euro voucher, which to me seems like a joke when the ordered goods never arrives.
I have never experienced anything like this from any online store, despite decades of online shopping in different countries. Actually everything is pointing that we are not dealing with a fraud website, but anyway we never receive what we have ordered - only our money is gone.
So close to give up and report to PayPal in a hope using their buyers protection to get our +1.000 euros back again.
