Change in router
After a call from 4com asking I change the lines into the new router myself which I declined to do an engineer has attended today. Thankfully I hadn't agreed to do the work myself as the engineer was on site for 3 hours working on the system. He has completed all he says was required and in addition checked our phone system and advised we had a faulty base unit which we were not aware wasn't connected. Without asking he has arranged for a replacement base unit and arranged for collection of the old which is appreciated. The engineer was very thorough today, kept the office informed when our system would be temporarily unavailable, and ensured disruption was kept to a minimum.
