We lodged a number of formal complaints over a long period of time.Only one of which was resolved.
We are currently in dispute with them ,this after now being out of contract.
All issues revolve around generating money.
Do not enter into any agreement with this organisation.
Abbie was great, very helpful, proactively reviewed our account billing and found us savings. Many thanks.

We are currently tied into an 84-month telecom agreement costing over £600 per month for just 3 desk phones and 3 handheld phones.
We initially believed the term was 36 months. The signed documentation reflects 84 months. This has resulted in a very expensive long-term commitment that is disproportionate for a small care home.
We have experienced service instability, dropped calls and broadband issues in an environment where reliable communication is essential.
We are now at formal deadlock in a complaint process.
If you are approached by this company, check the contract term very carefully, check who the equipment funder is, and think seriously before entering into a long lease arrangement.
Proceed with caution.

Mis-sold HiHi system via 4Com. Completely misleading pricing.
We were sold the HiHi phone system through 4Com on the basis that it would save us money and simplify everything under one provider. We were clearly told what our monthly cost would be and that a discount would be applied as credit over the first two years. What was not disclosed is that there would be additional monthly charges running alongside the finance agreement.
After signing, we discovered that we are paying far more than what was explained. We now pay one amount to Propel Finance and an additional ongoing monthly charge directly to 4Com, taking the total cost to over £400 per month. This was never explained during the sales process and is not what we agreed to.
The contract was printed and walked through in person by the sales reps. We asked questions and relied on their explanation. Key cost information was withheld. Had the true total monthly cost been explained, we would never have proceeded.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a common issue with HiHi systems sold via 4Com: customers being told one thing verbally and later discovering significantly higher costs.
Be extremely careful. Do not trust verbal explanations. Unless every cost is clearly written down and explained in full, you risk being locked into an expensive contract that does not reflect what was sold to you.
Deceptive business practices with no support. Avoid them at all costs. Phone line are very poor drop off and low quality. You are locked into very long contract with no break clauses.
If someone is using the phone the internet drops off for all other users and we're always told it's our fault even after our ISP changed the router!
Sharp business practice. For example the new fraud charge which is opt out only if you accept that they have no liability towards security at all. Opting out can only be achieved via a written form, in 2026!
Poor service.
No value.
Buyers be very aware and get professional advice before signing any contract with these sharks.
Regretting our decision which we still have years to go on.

Really not surprise you can't find us even though I provided out account number. This continues the terrible experience with your company exactly as previous described. I will arrange to email you but I really caution anyone reading about dealing with you as it's typical deny deny.

Excellent communications both by email and phone as the stages of the new plan went through, both to inform and check that things had happened as plan.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The sales approach felt very crafty — I was drawn in by a friendly “HiHi” phone call and promised a major discount for the first 18 months. Which will be reviewed at the 18 month period with a similar discount What was not made clear at the outset was that this would try and lock me again into another seven‑year contract to earn the discount. The charges without discount are some of the highest charges in the industry once the initial period ended.
The exit costs are staggering — running into tens of thousands, and in my case, hundreds of thousands.
If you are considering using this company, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. The long-term financial risk simply isn’t worth it.

After a call from 4com asking I change the lines into the new router myself which I declined to do an engineer has attended today. Thankfully I hadn't agreed to do the work myself as the engineer was on site for 3 hours working on the system. He has completed all he says was required and in addition checked our phone system and advised we had a faulty base unit which we were not aware wasn't connected. Without asking he has arranged for a replacement base unit and arranged for collection of the old which is appreciated. The engineer was very thorough today, kept the office informed when our system would be temporarily unavailable, and ensured disruption was kept to a minimum.
DO NOT enter into a contract with these they are a bulling, lying bunch of con-artist only out to rip you off.
we took out HiHi for two years but it turned out to be 7 then the rates trebled after two years !!!!
STAY CLEAR use a different company.
after a slow start to resolving my 4com billing issues initially, I believe it is now sorted thanks to Abbie in customer services.

Scam of a company, the keep adding extras to your bills every month, unless you are constantly watching them your prices will double very quickly. Avoid them at all costs.
Elliot came today to connect our new phones, he was very helpful, polite and answered all our questions and went through everything with us so we knew what the next stage was.
