They will try to sell you scammy products for legal services and other "google domain" products and giggle and laugh when you deny them. They use aggressive spam tactics like calling over and over to force you to answer the calls and try to make you buy the "remaining" product / trademarks. I would not do business with this company if you are wanting to work with them for a long time. They are just a spam company looking for quick income. They do not care if you are satisfied with their product and if they even deliver the product they delete it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They will spam call you for money and legal services for trademarks you can do yourself. They do not offer refunds after they delete the "product" and not give you your money back. They are spam and have an excuse for why they will not refund you your money. They will transfer you to everyone trying to convince you that they delivered a product but will not actually have the product for you available. If you do not pay their spammy legal fees they will call you over and over for days and weeks at a time saying you owe them money. You can do the trademark yourself through the state of California. You can make your own website without this company. Do not make any transactions with this company if you want a long term partnership. They have had different company names and will transfer their company to a different name knowing they use spam tatics to get money out of you even when they don't delievered a product. They will send you their "rules" and tell you that you are not getting your money back. They will give you a half ass products and miss spell words on your website and not fix it. They will promise access to the website but not give you access. They make promises and than change business names to continue to spam people.

Honestly this company is a huge scam they kept trying to upsell me stuff I didnt even ask for and the logo looked like a kid made it. Do not waste your money here they are super pushy and will not give you a refund.

This is a SCAM company. All they do is take your money and try to upsell you on different services. I tried to get a refund and they yelled at me and cursed at me for over an hour. They are not located in San Diego, and are lying about where they are located. AVOID THIS COMPAN AT ALL COSTS.

The design delivered lacked originality and was comparable to basic AI-generated output. After I agreed to proceed with what was explicitly presented as a basic design, I was subsequently informed that I would not receive the design unless I paid additional copyright fees. This material condition was not disclosed prior to my agreement.

Following this disclosure, the sales representative became unresponsive to multiple messages and, when responses were provided, demonstrated unprofessional and discourteous behavior. This experience reflects poor transparency, inadequate customer service, and unsatisfactory value.

Based on these facts, I do not recommend this company.

I didn't have strong feelings about the whole experience. Things got done the way they needed to. Just average.

Pretty scammy company. Purchased a logo letting know up front I wanted a trademark on it. We proofed the logo and they said they would add the mark on the final copy. They did and then wanted another $350, I wouldn't pay and now I have no logo and I'm out $135 Company can't be trusted
