I CLICKED on USPS, but somehow the printed label came with Global Post's address.. I shipped both packages to Europe on December 30th..Today, Jan. 28th... In transit for 15 days and showing now in NJ... They are TRASH ... Anyway, I had to call Stamps three times to disable the feature regarding GB... So, bottom line : You pay more with USPS ...but when the default is GLOBAL POST ...which they are cheaper.....You still pay for USPS prices... So, who keeps the difference??????

I used them to send an international package because my shipping app uses them for international Mail deliveries. They sent the package to the wrong country and even the wrong continent. In their defense, they managed to get the planet correct. They then denied my claim because it was past their arbitrary deadline.
The best company to mess up everything in the process
Ordered parts on December 1st from US to Canada, thought they were gonna go through usps but the package has been handed to global post.
After the first week, noticed the transit was relatively long compared to proper carriers, let it be for another week, on December 15th, contacted customer service by email as the package was indicating on their website that it arrived in new jersey on Dec. 6th and hasn't moved since, took 48 hrs to get a reply on Dec 17th, stating the exact information seeing online, gave them a call, customer service did not show any accountability, emphasized that the holidays is putting a strain on the system. That's BS as I've ordered various parts from various companies 1 week after this one and received them between the 12th and the 15th with the big 3 carriers.
Up to this day, Dec 30th, I have not seen the package, it's unclear if it's sitting in toronto or calgary, nevertheless, they most likely lost it.
Fun fact, globalpost uses the latest and greatest in crystal ball technology as when you warn them that they better get things moving or the 200$ 30 day claim will be submitted, they managed to summon the gods and predict on their website that your package is in transit with a future day several days ahead.
Stick to proper carriers, unless you want to lose money, lose your package, deal with people that barely understand English over the phone. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I never asked for my package to go through GlobalPost, rather an independent packaging service without my knowledge used GlobalPost to get my package to the USPS. My package was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days by International Priority Express. Instead, it is now stuck, maybe lost, after over two weeks, in New Jersey--it was headed to New Zealand. I have no hope it will get to my family for Christmas and very little hope it will arrive ever. NEVER USE GLOBAL POST if given a choice!

Absolutely avoid this postal service at all costs.
Every single parcel sent from the UK to the US was lost. No tracking, no updates, no accountability. Once your item is handed over, it effectively disappears into a black hole. There is zero visibility, zero responsibility, and zero customer care.
International delivery with no tracking in this day and age is unacceptable. When things inevitably go wrong, there is no way to trace parcels, no meaningful support, and no resolution. Just generic responses and complete indifference while your goods — and money — vanish.
This service is unreliable, outdated, and unfit for international shipping. If your delivery matters in any way, do not use this postal service. Spend a little more and use a courier that actually delivers parcels instead of excuses.

1mth Delivery Till Date, I've Not Seen My Parcel Nor Know Its Whereabouts
Parcel was picked up on the 19th Nov, sortation etc and sent out from the US only to be in transit on the 27th. No sound of whereabout till 7th Dec, it stated in transit. Wrote numerous emails to them and only gotten replies that does not answer my question.
I was informed that the parcel doesn't arrive on the 19th Dec (which is 30days), lodge a report to the sender that parcel is lost. I was like, that's it?n

I would give it a negative if I could said I had to pay for insurance of the package of 150 and would be refunded on delivery which I would get by 5pm that day . Then came back and said I needed to buy 3 sta.ls for customs which were 85$ a piece for total kf 240 didn't pay that and wanted my 150 refunded back like was told and now nothing nk answer of emails nothing. AVOID GLOBAL POST!
Global Post is the worst company for shipping that exists. Since partnering with USPS I have reduced the number of International packages I ship using USPS. Packages bounce back and forth between Global Post locations, often going to the same facility 2 to 3 times, before leaving the US. Global Post can not view the electronic data submitted on customs forms and has to follow up with each package via email. All of this leads to a MUCH longer shipping time. USPS is hurting their package volume partnering with Global Post.

I am sharing my bad experience with a storage and delivery local courier in Dubai named TFM express.
They cheated me by over storage charging fees, 1 cm pallet they will make 6 cm in storage.
Also zero stock accuracy on system means they are not resposible of your goods and you may loose goods easy.
They refuse to release my goods and threatened me with selling it in auction if not paying whatever they ask for.

Dopo una decina di giorni l'articolo non si è mosso dal deposito, dopo il tracking si è aggiornato e ha iniziato a muoversi fino a fermarsi in un P.O. Box ad Anheim con la dicitura consegnato, dopo circa un' mese. Peccato che io abiti in Italia! Ho ordinato varie volte dagli Usa e al massimo in tre settimane l'articolo mi veniva recapitato senza problemi, al massimo pagavo i dazi doganali alla consegna o venivo contattato via mail per adempiere. La prossima volta che un venditore si propone di spedire con questo servizio, preferisco non acquistare o dirgli di cambiare servizio di spedizione! Esperienza pessima!

Frustration and waste of money
Bought stamps at a shop in Rome not being aware that they were not from the Italian post.
They cost 30% more and I never saw another orange box other than outside the shop. I took the postcard back to the hotel to write and never found another box. Took the postcard from Rome to Capua to Caserta to Bari to Polignano to Matera to Reggio di Calabria and no box. I put a real stamp on it to mail via the normal postal service.

I ordered a bunk bed from WIOLEE and Global postal was suppose to deliver. The purchase was May 12 and I have not seen the order since then. I get excuses and they said they delivered but they didn’t. Both of these companies are totally unreliable and their items are a scam! DO NOT buy from them and expect to see your merchandise. AND I can’t get a refund out of them.

Менеджер (Ганна Уральська) і підтримка довго не відповідали, відповіді приходили з великими затримками та без документів. Керівництво потім повідомило, що вважатиме посилку «втраченою», але не надало жодних накладних, актів передачі, номерів внутрішніх заяв чи відеопідтверджень. Це неприпустимо. Компанія фактично викрала посилку.

Extremely negative experience. On 09/22/2025 I paid for shipping to the USA. GlobalPost claimed that they had transferred the shipment to FedEx, but FedEx officially replied that there was no scan of this shipment in their system. The manager (Anna Uralskaya) and support did not respond for a long time, the responses came with long delays and without documents. The management then said that they would consider the parcel "lost", but did not provide any invoices, transfer certificates, internal application numbers or video confirmations. This is unacceptable. The company actually stole the parcel.
