Looks modern but not too much. Fits my living room easily.

Light quality is steady no flicker noticed yet.

It came well wrapped and clean. Setup took minutes.

The lamp base feels heavy and stable. Doesnt feel cheap at all.

They lie about their location. They say they are in the UK, but in reality they r in china They tell u keep the product and we will give you 10% back.... when I answered that doesnt work for me...they said ok 20% scam stay away. It took them 4 weeks to answer my initial email. Product took 2 mnths to arrive. Horrible horrible stay away

This is not the professional lighting company it pretends to be. It’s a China drop-ship operation selling rubbish stock.

I first emailed in December about my order and didn’t hear back until February, despite multiple follow-ups. When the lights finally arrived, the quality was appalling and they were not compliant for legal installation, so they were effectively unusable.

They later admitted they couldn’t even ship the size I originally purchased to Australia and tried to substitute a smaller version instead of simply fixing the problem promptly.

The company promises 30 day fast and easy returns. They do not respond to repeated emails and the phone number is a UK phone number. What is going on with their customer service?

Stay away from buying from this site. I have yet to receive my order!!!

I wanted something cozy for winter evenings and this works.

I was unsure about size but it fits perfectly.

I made numerous attempts to return an item and have yet to receive a response on how to do so. I also have questions about products and have never received a response. The product took many weeks to arrive. I can't, in good conscious, recommend this company and wonder how they stay in business.

Anything above one star review here is from a robot or the company itself. If you can call it a company. It's a chinese scam company. You may get something the resembles a light but it won't work. It doesn't have all the parts and it won't look like the beautiful photos in the website. You try to get a refund and they say they will offer 20% but then they won't pay. But of course you'll have to wait one month for a response. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT A REAL COMPANY.

I ordered pendent lights from them for my project. They took forever to ship, over two months to get here, lost tracking, and there support still has not replied back to any of my 7 emails.

They sell cheap China drop ship lighting, wont hold to their refund policy, and do not reply to emails.

They are scammers. Order on November and we are going to be soon in Febuary and I never recieved anything. So disappointed. I should have look at the reviews before purchasing.

They simply do not respond to customer service inquiries. I've attempted to contact them 4 times to process a return for a low-quality purchase and they have never once acknowledged the messages.

Orvani is a terrible company. Do not deal with them. There is NO customer support at all. If you have an issue with their cheap quality products you are going to be stuck with them. You will not be able to replace items damaged from shipping, you will be ignored by "customer support". BAD COMPAY VERY BAD COMPANY

Bought a light from this company. Quality was absolutely terrible, cheap plastic. They have no return policy and instead might offer you 20% of your money back or money off your next terrible purchase.

We’ve ordered two lamps (the sonnet and the trestle). We received both in reasonable time.

The quality is really bad. On the trestle, one of the wire was not plugged or even stripped. Everything was moving like it was not assemble properly.

But the worst part is that it was not even done for the electric standards of Canada despite saying otherwise on the website.

We’ve got no answers from customer support. I’ve try to call and stumble on a voicemail that was not even mentioning the company names. Clearly a scam.

i received two lamps that are MUCH smaller than they looked on the site. I gave been emailing and calling these people since January 2nd and have received no reply. Stay away.
