False advertising. I paid more via kidspass than what I would have paid directly via booking at Cineworld. I then couldn’t book because the code wouldn’t work. I contacted kidspass who have completely dismissed that they are charging more than original ticket prices and not addressing the situation. First time booking through kidspass and I’ll think twice next time.

Kids pass is a subscription-based service and we do state this during the sign-up process. In the sign up process, we also advise you of the day that your membership will renew at the full price.
To prevent any future charges, members need to cancel their subscription, which can be done easily at any time through the “My Account” section on our website. Once a cancellation is completed, we always provide a confirmation email along with a reference number to confirm it’s been successfully processed.
Please be assured that we only process payments for active members who have authorised them. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

I subscribed through a work benefit
I subscribed through a work benefit, never used it as there was nothing in my area, fair enough - cancelled it at the end of the 12 months. Despite this and several follow up cancellation requests they continue to take payment. I'm having to block them and claim the money back through my bank. This seems to be a common issue reading other reports online.

I never write bad reviews but found this company just a joke..no help in cancellation and refused to acknowledge one of their active email addresses which I emailed for cancellation is denied and shocking response when I finally did get through with no attempt to resolve. After emailing three times, get a rubbish response.back. it's not about the money as subscription is cheap, it's the principle. I would not use this company again. Don't bother replying back with your automated responses, as it's the same rubbish experienced by another person below!
