No sign of my order…
Have not received my order yet after it was ordered 3 weeks ago, have had no response from customer service when I try to contact them by email.
Phones call were not accepted, the voice machine said to use the live chat function (but there wasn't any) or to email (I've sent 3 and no one has replied or acknowledged it).

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I placed an order for a Christmas gift but there was an issue with the transaction so shipping was delayed. It was hand delivered from the office to make sure it arrived in time for Christmas.
