The frame itself is nice, but everything else was poor

The frame itself is nice, but it took over a month to arrive. I would give them some grace because it was over the Xmas period. But when I tried to contact their customer service, it was an unhelpful AI. I asked to speak to a real person and it took 12 days for them to respond.

The delay in delivery and response time was influenced by the Christmas period, which is one of our busiest times of the year. During this period, we experienced an unusually high volume of inquiries, which unfortunately led to longer response times than we aim to provide. We understand how disappointing it is to wait for a response, especially when trying to reach a real person, and this is not the level of service we want to offer.

Do not order from here

Ordered a mirror 6 weeks ago - got an email to say they've lost my order and Ive received no follow up since. Dispicable service.

Avoid

Two separate orders from this company in late 2025. One box arrived fine with two large frames, but both frames were very wobbly--cannot even carry themselves.
Second box also arrived but one of the frames was broken into two. I left a message to their customer service but they never got back.

No solution offered

This is my second review, because nobody from customer service is answering my mails.

I received my customised passepartout a while ago and it arrived damaged and in the wrong size. Order nr. 6137071. Please send me a refund as soon as possible.

Soooo disappointed....

So excited to receive delivery of what looked to be the perfect wall mirror, only, for the mirror to be delivered in pieces!! I have emailed bgastore.ie twice providing photographs of the damage, however, only received automated response to initial email!! Customer service extremely poor, actually non existent!! Resigned to the fact I have obviously lost my money on this occasion!! Would not recommend this Company!! Well, having received a response from bgastore.ie to Trust Pilot review have forwarded original email with photos!! Let's see??

Do not order from this place

Do not order from this place. Ordered frames over a month ago and nothing. Customer service do not reply and it’s a total scam. I want my money back.

I think they sent a guy is cycling…

I think they sent a guy is cycling from Sweden because the small parcel left from Malmo 10 days ago and it just arrived in Germany. Probably ordering in a Chinese website instead of here would be quicker.
If you are in hurry do not order in this place.
Lets see if I get the parcel in the next 25 days, maybe the delivery guy is doing "El Camino de Santiago" walking from Germany now

Delayed delivery, broken item, lack of communication with CS

Delayed delivery, lack of communication with the customer service, order arriving broken, after re-sending the new frame there was exactly the same issue with the delivery time and tracking number not updated. When asked for updates, no reply. Very disappointing.

Unresponsive

This my second review of this company after they responded to my first review on 07/01/26 advising me to contact their customer service again.

I contacted them and sent photos of the damage (for the second time) on 08/01/26. It is now 15/01/26 and I have recieved nothing after their automated response on 08/01/26.

The cost of these of these two frames was €570.51 and I dont think I will ever see the replacements. I want my money back.

Order number 5970692 for the frames ordered on 25/11/25 that both arrived damaged.

Edit: on Jan 27th a replacement A0 frame was dispatched and a refund was issued on the other frame that they said was out of stock. It took too long, and too much hassle to get this matter resolved. I'm not changing my one star rating.

Second review as bagstore still has not…

Second review as bagstore still has not responded to my many emails despite responding to my review on trust pilot instantly. Parcel which was ordered on 13th December still not arrived. No update from team terrible service. Order no. 6061894. Avoid at all costs

Did not receive goods

Did not receive goods. Nothing from customer service. Almost two months later now... I think my money is just gone.

Frame hasn’t arrived

Frame hasn’t arrived, ordered in November so way overdue now! Sent them an email a week ago and they haven’t even bothered responding! Avoid!

Ordered on November 19th didn't receive…

Ordered on November 19th didn't receive until January 7th. One of the frames I ordered was a strip of cardboard (cardboard frame). Ended up getting what I wanted on Amazon. Happy with the other 3 frames I ordered.

Delayed and disappointing

My order was delayed by weeks and customer service when I contacted was very patchy. The quality of the frames when they finally arrived was incredibly low - light, fragile and cheap materials with cheap low quality acrylic instead of glass. Would have gotten better in my local DIY store for far less and with far less trouble.

Some of our frames are designed to be lightweight and are therefore made with acrylic instead of glass, mainly to reduce the risk of breakage during transport.
