Ordered an item from India for delivery to the UK & it was tracked all the way. I was told to expect delivery on a specific day and I waited in all day for it - didn't see or hear from their driver and was astonished to receive an email telling my my item has been delivered & signed for by "I. BOX". When I queried this with Fedex they promised to investigate & call me back - they didn't. After chasing them by email I was told that their driver had left the item in "a brown plastic food box in accordance with my instructions". I explained that I did not possess such a box & had not given any such instructions - I also queried why their driver had not left a card advising what he had done. It is now over a week since the alleged delivery & I'm still waiting for a resolution. Fedex are without doubt completely usesless.

Recently tracking an expected delivery via the app is pointless - the information is not updated - also unexplained delays - very disappointed - cannot recommend this company's service at all.

Absolutely shocking - ordered 4 cylinder lagging jackets for next day delivery - any other competent supplier (Screwfix - who I use regularly) would have dispatched this as one order - instead Toolstation thought it best to send 4 seperate orders - 3 arrrived as expected - the 4th was lost somewhere in the courier's system & was then found & re-directed - I was unable to change the delivery instructions so I wasn't in when delivery was attempted - now I have to collect the remaining item from my local Post Office which I am unable to do until the weekend. Website is very unhelpful - I will not be ordering anything for delivery from Toolstation again.
