I almost don’t know where to begin with this. It’s incredible. The love that the authors write about is so fierce and desperate and poetic and powerful. The alternate timeline they’ve constructed is detailed and convincing and so very interesting. This is a fic for people who love Stucky, who love Peggy and Natasha and Steve, and who wonder what might’ve happened if things were a little different.

For a second paranoia takes over, and he kicks the flowers a little, waiting for them to explode. They don’t. They also came with a card, which he picks up. The front of the card has a tasteful picture of the Brooklyn bridge at sunset. It’s very nice and sedate, like the kind of card you would buy to give to your boss. On the inside someone has written a short message in big, shaky block letters.

I AM SORRY FOR SHOOTING YOU.

Steve sits down hard on the steps.

I binge read the whole series in one night and it was totally worth it. I just love Steve and Bucky’s back-and-forth banter in this, and the take on Bucky’s trauma and history is really original and interesting. Plus, you’ll just fall in love with the OC’s

This is–it’s incredible. The way orange_crushed writes, their words, it just pulls you in and sweeps you along; I’m in awe, truly, in awe of their writing. The relationships are beautiful, and the plot is fascinating and original.

A wonderful series full of angst, fluff, humor, family, beautiful friendships, the best relationships, original plot lines, well-worked crossovers and cameos, and a whole fleet of ocs you’ll fall in love with. It’s paired with Phil Coulson’s Case Files Of The Toaster Verse, and I’d  recommend reading them all in order according to the list.

This fic is … weird. I was really excited by the summary, it’s a really cool idea. The fic starts out how you think, then spirals into complicated technobabble and massive crossovers that can be a little confusing. Still reccing it though, because it’s a really interesting idea and I love Bruce and Steve’s relationship.
