Really like it's continued style from Loop Hero.
Not sure I like the screen cut-off aspect of this game, would prefer it to go in the direction of having some minor colony management.
Would be very useful to show the possible placements at the start of the game, and maybe receive effects that more easily show the player good places to get bonuses from placing things.

Edit: I just played Dome Keeper which definitely goes in the direction I was thinking, still not the most repayable but def fun to try out like this already is!

Had fun trying it out, the gameplay has a good feeling to it. The pixel art style is really nice, the music with that beat is very catchy, really good work!

very fun, nice music, had trouble reaching 8/8 though

The strat is to garner as many points as possible in the early stages and then survive long enough to reach the 100 turns mark to get the best title. There's a lot of luck involved but in general you should try to keep space near seaweeds for the seaweed farm and keep your constructions along the whole screen, because that will let you place scientific center at the bottom and get much more points from it. Also, stacking bunkers is only a good way to go in the early stage of the game. Good luck bros.

Yeah, this is really good. I hope it gets built out to a full game. Even though a loop hero update would be cool. This game is worth putting it on hold imo. Either way.

Amazing work, great game!

Used your game for a community challenge over on resetera and been playing it this entire month: https://www.resetera.com/threads/50%E2%82%AC-era-indie-community-challenge-4-sep...

Finally paid off: Thats a new world record for the tactical mode if I see that correctly :)

Also some suggestions:
1. Adding an optional color coding to the blueprints in the upper right corner, as the icons are a bit hard to make out for the normal buildings.

2. Exporting your building as a huge png after playing.

3. A rotating-the-tiles extra mode, even if buildings are then upside down.

4. Leaderboards

I really enjoyed the game, but it does feel a bit too luck based for the puzzle crowd and too time intense for the more casual crowd. Its a weird mix that works for my brain, but I am sure there are ways to polish the gameplay loop some more. Fun game still!

Yeah, being able to witness your monstrosity by either, zooming out and/or scrolling would be an awesome game over/end screen.

would be awesome to see it built out with full rng items and more skill based gameplay. Maybe tetris like, being able to rotate the blocks.

Кто играл тут есть русский язык или придётся вникать в англ? Судя по названию игра вполне могла поддерживать какой-то славянский язык.

Just amazing, really loved it!

This game very simple and fascinating me!

So cool! Loved the art, the shader and how you had to plan and try to prepare. Beautiful game!

As a pleasant game, it’s the best thing to get stuck after a day at work! Good luck with the development!

This is the kind of indie game that puts me at risk of losing sleep. I love it, even if it sometimes makes me feel as though I have impossibly bad luck. I'm glad you added the Tactics Mode.

It's funny when you get those long, weirdly shaped pieces and they somehow have not a single place on the board where they fit usefully. I find myself wanting a little bit more influence on the board, a way to occasionally nudge things in my favor to prevent those frustrating situations where you felt like you were so close to having a good move. This game is either very satisfying or deeply unsatisfying.

Fun game with nice looking art.

Pleasure as always to play another Four Quarters game. Loved it, keep up the good work!

This is a great game. Any chance of a Mac build? Or better still, bring it to mobile devices?

Um. I literally can go further, but it won't end. Did I win?

dev didn't implement a check to see if a card was physically placable, lol.

Bunker would help here to cut through the ground. Takes some planning ahead as soon as you spot the danger.

I'm calling it, you win

Can you rotate pieces?
Suggestion: When the game ends, leave the city visible to screenshot on completion.

my partner and i were hooked super fast! what a delightful little game :]<3 thank you!!

Beautiful game!

Very Fun!

Ахах, милое название! Удачи в разработке

Great game, very polished.

My only suggestion is that I missed a little bit of feedback, like when reaching low levels of points I would expect some sound, or red color. Sometimes the game ended suddenly and I didnt realize why.

Also being able to see your construction at the end would be nice, like a panning from top to bottom.

Awesome game! Crossing fingers that this is going to see a full commercial release sometime in the future. The theme and execution is great, I really like how organic the city looks.

I downloaded the game to experiment a bit and doubled the score the Factory produces. I find it much more "competitive" with the other pieces this way. Maybe I'm missing something, but its much harder to place well then say Habitats, and I think it'd be better if their score reflected that.

(+2)

Unfortunate that habitats are the most common piece while being the worst! Can't seem to budge past 5 or 6 on Classic!

(+1)

i'm only managing like 5-7/8 in classic mode and 2-4/8 in tactic :( is it a luck thing or skill issues? i've been playing for hours now
