I have service with them for 26 years…
I have service with them for 26 years and am a senior. We recently changed our plan and within a couple of months our plan went up by $20. I find out that their guarantee of 5 years pricing only means that your internet price will not increase but they can up your tv plan whenever they want. I am so tired of constantly fighting with them over their wording and their promises. I am trying now to figure out how to get our bill down. We have no other options for services where we live and that is frustrating. You go round and round with them and they try to add phone service and this and that but never lower your bill. Just super frustrated and feel like a big company like Xfinity could make there services more affordable for everyone.
