Linking these devices with iPhone find my doesn’t work.

I bought 3 brand new KeySmart Pro devices.
Two of them were completely dead on arrival — they would not charge, showed no lights, no response, no power at all.
The third one worked, but only for about 3 months, then completely died as well.
Battery charged, reset does NOT work, pairing does NOT work. Long button presses do nothing. The devices are totally unresponsive.
I tried multiple phones, reinstalled the app, followed all troubleshooting steps. This is clearly hardware failure, not user error.
When 2 out of 3 devices don’t even power on, and the last one dies shortly after, that’s a serious quality control problem.
For the price, this product is unacceptable. I completely lost trust in this brand and do not recommend KeySmart Pro to anyone.

Wallet was stolen. I was able to lock all my credit cards. I tracked it all day. There were times is lagged pretty bad, but overall, it did pretty good. I was able to retrieve about 15 pinpoints. I called 8 different police departments as my wallet took its journey. In the end, an hour and a half away, police were able to get the address and find it thrown in the dumpster. I recovered my wallet and ID. Hopefully, all this will also lead to a future arrest.

This could have gone a completely different way but KeySmart customer service is Gold Standard. I accidentally added a product I didnt want to my cart after purchase and forgot to add my 20% discount code. I contacted the KeySmart customer service email and within an hour had the unwanted item removed, the 20% applied and the balance being refunded. This was a rare pleasure in shopping online. They have earned repeat business and my endorsment.

Needed help getting my card to charge. It was explained that the Apple Watch chargers were not compatible and I needed to use a flat phone charger, which I did successfully. The support person was extremely helpful and followed up twice to make sure that my issue was resolved. He was also very easy to work with. Very pleased.

After errors by both USPS and me resulted in not getting an order in time for Christmas, Keysmart CS was responsive,friendly, and happy to give me a refund. I wish I hadn’t needed to cancel the order. (I had bought elsewhere to have the items on time. Now It’s Christmas Eve and they’re not here yet. Should’ve stayed with Keysmart.)

I had a problem charging my original SmartCard and Statik quickly sent a replacement. This works well and, after finding the correct position on the wireless charger it does charge.

After some delivery issues, I hadn't received it in a reasonable amount of time so I contacted Keysmart. They immediately responded and sent the order. It arrived in a timely fashion. The tracker was super easy to activate and so far, so Awesome!

I’ve been a KeySmart customer for years, including backing the original Kickstarter. I’ve also previously left a positive review recognizing an outstanding support experience with an individual representative. Unfortunately, this review reflects a broader, ongoing issue at the company level.
The problem here is not product quality. KeySmart makes well-designed, useful gear. The issue is fulfillment, transparency, and expectation management.
I placed an order weeks ago. While two items were known to be on backorder at the time, the estimated ship windows provided later by support have also come and gone with no meaningful updates. Every part of this order has now exceeded its stated or implied delivery timeline.
Compounding this is the contrast between marketing and reality. I receive multiple KeySmart marketing emails per day, all promoting quick, easy purchasing with no indication of inventory constraints or shipping delays. Product pages still advertise “ships within 12 hours,” which does not reflect the current customer experience.
One support representative (Caio) provided excellent, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful service. However, subsequent responses have been brief, boilerplate, and non-specific — likely a symptom of a customer service team under strain from a high volume of similar complaints. Customers are told that tracking is not updated in real time and that orders are “on their way,” leaving no reliable way to verify progress or set expectations.
At this point, I still have not received my order, and the items I needed within a specific timeframe have effectively become a loss. The gap between what is promised, what is communicated, and what is delivered is significant.
This experience has changed my confidence in ordering directly from KeySmart. If I purchase their products again, it will likely be through a third-party retailer that provides accurate inventory status, reliable tracking, and predictable delivery timelines.
KeySmart’s products deserve better operational execution. Until fulfillment and communication improve, I cannot recommend ordering directly from the company.
Update JANUARY 2 2026 (Date of order: 11/29/25) Still no iPros. Customer support ghosted me. Haven't heard from them in 6 days.
Definitely the worst buying experience I've had online. DO NOT GIVE KEYSMART ANY MONEY, AND CERTAINLY DON'T ORDER FROM THEIR SITE. There are competitors on Amazon and they deliver in a day. I'm now forced to file reports with my state attorney general, their state attorney general, the FTC, and certainly the BBB.

KeySmart stands behind their warranty. I’ve had issues with the wallet tracker and my KeySmart iPro, and both times I’ve had ZERO issues getting them replaced. Their customer service is excellent!!

Do not buy this product! I was unable to return my item because they do not provide return labels. I. Was supposed to have a discount applied to my item, but it never applied and I emailed them 2 minutes after my order to cancel it and they proceeded to take my money and not provide me a discount or refund. I am so disappointed in this company. The backpack rain cover I ordered was for a product they carried years ago, but did not mention that at all. Otherwise, I never would have purchased it. It has a clip on it that doest even do anything for other backpacks. The material is Dainty and weak. It won't last long.
