Bait and Switch.
Impossible to reach a human. All of the positive trustpilot reviews are not real - they all mention a name & were clearly solicited. This is a horrible company & they will attempt to screw you over and over again without disclosure.

I have a very small business but thought accepting credit card payments would be useful for a big event. After some comparison shopping I spoke with someone at Merchant One (name excluded for privacy) who told me (and I have in writing) it would be considered a seasonal business with no contract and $10/month in fees in addition to processing fees. Somewhere along the way this was "converted" to a 3 year contract with a high yearly fee, $13/month fee and- $6/month statement fee. I do not have any documenation of signing such an agreement. I was told there was a >$250 fee for early ending of the contract I never wanted. This was a complete bait and switch. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human without considerable effort. 1. Wait time of "over 10 minutes" gross underestimate. 2. Schedule call back- NEVER happens 3. Email support- no response. STAY AWAY.

It took several tries getting someone to return my call. Dennis Mize called once I completed a chat and was very helpful. He took care of changing my bank account and followed up with a call several days later to let me know everything had gone through.

Juan was great. He went over and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I had a hard time getting in touch with someone and he reached out to me and stayed in touch until everything was handled.
