their services are great; I have good experience. customer service is awesome Lucie,Charlotte,Matthew they're great team very helpful.

There are numerous hidden fees, and over time the bill continues to increase without clear explanation. When you attempt to cancel the account, you are told there is a contract and required to pay an unreasonably high account-closing fee. The contract also renews automatically without clear or informed consent.
When trying to cancel, no one provides assistance. Calls are routed to message center, messages are taken, but no representative ever follows up. I have left messages every single day for the past two months, and not one call has been returned. This lack of customer support makes it nearly impossible to resolve issues or close the account.

They drew the line past persistent. They kept calling our business office and emailing our business email when we told repeatedly from the beginning that we needed time to review the information they sent us about their services and rates. We are a busy business and don't have time to review pages of information right when they are sent to us. This ultimately drove us to not choosing their services. People who cross the boundary of respect and courtesy are not someone we want to do business with.

The service I received was not the service I was sold. All the hidden fees buried in paperwork, poor response from customer service, inability to speak with a manager, and the cancellation fees are ridiculous.
After 8 months of problems, I tried to cancel and the fee to cancel my 3 year contract(never read that anywhere) and RESTOCK the faulty machine they sent was quoted to be around $500. I would say they are unethical at least. I really feel like I bought into a scam.

I really appreciate the quick and thorough service I got from Mike Jones and Ben Fernandez. Ben made life easier by setting me up with the right cc processing machine and Mike got my previous processor cancelled in minutes. Thanks Guys!

These people are THIEVES, DO NOT trust them, do not give them your information, I have tried to cancel the service, But NOT, they still make Unauthorized charges to my bank for services not render, they use multiple companies to keep pulling your hard earned money from your account, Stay away from these SCAMERS

Rate comparison is a scam. They compare processing fees only and do not mention any of the additional fees associated. The fees are hidden in a contract that is not discussed, reviewed or explained. Rep pushed to get contract signed and avoided questions. When contacted to discuss they will simply focus on the processing fee and not discuss any of the additional fees simply stating they are in the contract. Buyer beware, I made a poor decision. Square was 1000% cheaper, with no aggravation and simple reporting. I am unable to obtain access a report from these guys.

Horrible company. Contract was signed and they added hidden fees. One portion on the Docusign was changed on their end, somehow, from my signed document. They took $90 on day one for no reason, reimbursed half of it a month later. Then put a note in small type at the bottom of the first statement that a yearly fee was going to start. Asked to close the account and I'm still waiting - almost 3 months. They're still stealing money and taking out fees and I only used them the one time, in the first month. I've lost probably $500-$600 so far. INSANE! There needs to be a class action lawsuit. I've found more and more people with many of the same or similar complaints. Going to file a claim and I've talked to lawyers. I'll be reporting them to our Secretary of State and to the federal government.
