Been using Patriot for 5 yrs. Is is very simple to use especially as a novice. The customer service is excellent! Very responsive and helpful.

I am still in my free trial. I have been so impressed with the help every time I call.

Patriot Software is easy to use and affordable.

Patriot is so easy to use. I can do payroll in about 15 minutes for 10 employees. I can preload any additional money that needs to show up on their paychecks each week.

I signed off to NOT have my W2 sent to me Electronically..If by signing up for Direct Deposit Automatically puts me into that category there should not be an option because your basically forcing electronically down my throat

Software is very intuitive, easy to learn. US based customer service is wonderful. Plus most of those I have spoken with understand accounting principles, making our conversation productive.

Patriot has been a life saver. It is very user friendly and keeps me organized. The fee is fair and customer service is very helpful. Many great videos that help as well. Makes payroll and taxes so much easier!

Easy to use. Great for our small business

It is always a pleasant experience whenever I talk to the staff to ask a question or learn how to use the system.

I had to call every day this week, sometimes several times in a day. Every time I called with a question or needed directions, every person was extremely helpful and more than willing to help resolve my issue(s). Service was phenomenal!!!

An actual human answered phone and spoke English. She knew how to solve my problem immediately! Thank you!

One of the last remaining companies in the US that actually provides high quality customer service from knowledgeable and caring individuals here in this country. Nothing against anyone outside of the US, but when I'm paying US prices, it's nice to actually get US customer service. That is very rare these days. Patriot knows their stuff, would seriously recommend!

Patiently worked with me while I addressed a payroll history issue.

Over the past 10 years I have used a variety of payroll software programs as an HR Manager. Patriot is so easy to navigate. It really saves time. The customer support is the best! I can call and talk to someone within minutes. They have solved my issues and answered my questions quickly. I wish I would have used them years ago. Can't rate them high enough! They take care of everything so I don't have to worry.

Patriot does a great job. They send in all the payroll taxes and forms. All we have to do is plug in the payroll each week, Patriot takes care of everything else.

When I first started with Patriot they were a new company and they explained things in layman's terms. I hired them because I do not know how to do payroll. They made it easy. As they have grown I have noticed they talk in accounting/payroll terms. They get an attitude when i do not know the terminology they are using. It has caused me problems more than once. I am not an accountant I am a small business owner. I do not know how to do payroll or I would not need them. They need to go back to their beginning with their communication. Explain things in laymens terms.

I am a growing small business. I was signed up with Gusto and canceled to try Patriot. Big, Big mistake. They are slow, All that they offer is paperbacks which my bank does for free. I think I was discriminated against. There is no other reason. They wasted precious time that this small business can't get back. Their free trial put me in a hole for nothing. Do not believe the adds. They don't care about small businesses. They sabotaged my business and turned down my direct deposit account without any reason other than their bank discriminated against me. I added them to my federal lawsuit paperwork. The discrimination must come to an end.

Switching from QuickBooks to Patriot was easy. Patriot trades QB’s 'bloat' for a focused, disciplined workflow and human support that actually picks up the phone. It's intuitive and well-organized without forcing you to use the additional services that QB constantly pushes. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a cleaner experience.
