Finicky scheduler. There are better ones out there

Unfortunately SocialBee has repeatedly double-posted scheduled social media posts and has finicky Instagram image uploading capabilities. The platform is stuffed with a ton of AI features that aren't super useful, yet doesn't offer simple features like being able put labels/notes on specific days in the Scheduler. There are definitely better schedulers out there.

NO REFUNDS (unless you request strongly) and a fragile system.

No Refunds (but they will fix if you ask) and a fragile system.

We have been running Socialbee for over a year. First 6 to 8 months were good. But then we noticed that socialbee had stopped posting in many of the timeslots.

The problem is that if a single post in a queue has a problem then the whole queue will stall stopping that timeslot or slots. And there is no indication which post within the category has the problem. You have to check them all and fiddle with the setting and hope it fixes the problem.

When writing the posts any problems are clearly marked as you go. But a problem later after everything looks ok and you click CONFIRM is not flagged at all.

If the system highlighted a category that was not posting and the one post in the queue that was the problem then it would be quick and easy.

Clearly their system can recognize posts with a problem and stop the category from posting in its timeslot - why not make the information clear to the user - turn the category red and the post red or something like that.

If you set up Socialbee, set it up as simple as possible with a minimum number of categories - only pay by the month - not the year or you lose your money - there are no refunds.

Social bee has a good mix of affordability and access to a good number of social media channels.

As I've spent hours on this trying to work out where the problems were. In the end I gave up.

And then found out about the NO REFUND policy. On the face of it they are strict no refund, but if you strongly request they will downgrade you to monthly and close the account at the end of the month - much more civilised than their original statement in an email. Don't pay for a year unless you are really sure it is working for you.

SocialBee has stepped up my social media game...

I've really enjoyed using SocialBee so far. I'm still trying all of its bells and whistles, so I haven't tried every single feature yet, but so far, everything I've tried has been really cool and beneficial for me as a solo entrepreneur. It is really stepped up my game with my social media accounts. I love that I can schedule all of my content in advance, I can batch create, I can set up reposting schedules all of this over multiple different platforms. I've tried the canva social media scheduler, The Meta social media scheduler and all of those have fallen short or felt clunky. This is definitely been a huge win for my business I'm so glad I signed up for the yearly subscription. Looking forward to honing my skills on this platform and seeing all the new things that it creates and provides for business owners like myself.

5 Sterne für den Kundenservice

Das Kundenteam kam mir freundlich entgegen obwohl ich auf die Email eine Woche zu spät reagiert hatte. Ohne großes Murren oder Diskutieren. Chapeau!
Das wünschte ich mir an manchen Stellen in Deutschland auch. Man hat manchmal einfach zu viel um die Ohren oder eine Nachricht geht durch die Lappen. Ist doch einfach nur menschlich oder? Danke dafür!

They do not send a reminder for renewals

They do not send a reminder when your account is going to renew like any other reputable software company I have worked with.

I actually received an email after our account had renewed. When I received this, I asked for a refund as we did not want to renew our account. Their policy states that you cannot get a refund on a renewal.

Seems unprofessional to not send a renewal notice. Are they afraid that people would cancel if they knew it was time to renew?

Stand behind the value of your work. Don't hide behind 3 pages of a privacy policy.

Terrible Customer Care Service

How they have treated me is terrible. Annual subscription since April 2025; not used as I was taking time to prepare and be ready for my content business. Now ready and SocialBee has been a nightmare for me. Connected all my channels but unable to set up as neither the 'Manage' or 'Category' seems to be working. I have sent out 4 emails over the last 4 days; no response. Dateline approaching and SocialBee is now the only clog in my automation plan. Why will a customer be treated this way????? No phone number to call, no reply to multiple emails. Nightmare!!!

Update(1st dec 2025):got am email from them asking me to log in with incognito mode of browser(did not work). My reply:

Finally found the issue,and have asked for refund.

At this stage, I would like to request a refund of the remaining balance on my annual subscription, as it is clear that the issue is not on my side but related to a backend error on your platform.

When I inspected the browser console, I found a 500 Internal Server Error on the onboarding endpoint, which confirms a server-side problem:

This aligns with my experience over the past week: the core onboarding and content/category functions are not usable, which means I cannot practically use SocialBee for the automation workflows I have built around it.

Given:

These issues have persisted for nearly a week and blocked my setup.

I received no meaningful response until after my Trustpilot review.

The underlying problem appears to be on the backend rather than a cache or browser issue on my side.

I have unfortunately lost confidence that the platform will be reliable enough once my automation goes live.

For these reasons, I am requesting that you process a refund of the remaining balance on my annual subscription.
Please confirm once this has been actioned, or let me know if you need any further details from me to proceed.

Best value for money

Socialbee does the job, you get everything you need from scheduler, categories, ai copilot for writing the posts, and connectors for everything from Instagram to tiktok and linkedin.

Save Time dealing with posts and comments!

I just sold another company that grew into the Social Media age posting to and dealing with comments on each platform separately. With our new company, we are delighted to bring all of that into one platform: SocialBee. You can hop on group support calls that are limited to just a few people and get clarity on the platform features. They have been around for nearly a decade. I wish I would have found them earlier. Great time saver!

I have been a user for five or six…

I have been a user for five or six years and absolutely love the service. It’s intuitive. I can automate processes which take a lot of time manually and the service has been spectacular. Additionally, the uptime and availability has been through the roof. As someone who generally appreciates how difficult it is to manage a software as a service social be knocked it out of the park.
