This is a really good service however, they say you can trial for free for a month but this is UNTRUE as they only allow one account per phone number and as I create numerous accounts for clients I never get the free month as you have to pay immediately.
Non seulement UPS est terrible pour livrer des colis (c’est-à-dire ce pour quoi ils sont payés), mais si vous voulez rediriger une livraison vers un point de livraison UPS (cela leur ferait gagner du temps et de l’argent), ils exigent que vous créiez un compte payant. Complètement ridicule.
It a shame you can't give less than 1 star. Appalling service (i.e. none). Appalling website. They do everything in the power to stop you receiving your parcel. I paid over 70 EUR for express delivery and 2 weeks later still no sign of the parcel. Impossible to redirect the parcel to a relais as I don't have some stupid code that is supposed to be on some bit of paper the driver is supposed to have left but the DRIVER NEVER CAME! I suppose now the parcel will return to the USA as I'm on holiday for 3 weeks. What a waste of time! What a waste of money!! What a waste of energy and CO2!!!

Great underwear that looks good and feels good to wear but don't pay for the express delivery option as the team at S&B is desperately slow at getting your parcel out to UPS.

Rien d’autre que des erreurs et de longs délais pour télécharger les timbres achetés et tous les retards supplémentaires pour recevoir la facture. Un service de mauvaise qualité qui manque de toute tentative d’être professionnel.
I don't know what intelligence (artificial or otherwise) that WISE uses to decide which incoming payments to block and investigate but they block my regular monthly pension payment nearly every month. It's really frustrating and wastes so much time (mine and their's).

I don't know how they decide to block incoming payments for review as they regularly block my monthly pension payments and ask for the same sender details every month.
Blocks transfers "for checking" even when it's to a company that you've already sent funds to several times before (they regularly block transfers to our accountants which is ironic). Only use them for non-urgent, non-time critical payments.

J'ai acheté le GOAT A3000 LiDAR robot tondeuse. Impossible à installer. Il a fallu des jours d'e-mails, de vidéos et de courriers pour qu'Ecovacs reconnaisse le défaut du robot et me fournisse une étiquette de retour. Le transporteur choisi n'est pas venu récupérer le colis, j'ai donc dû le déposer dans un point relais. J'attends toujours qu'ils me remboursent mes 3 000 euros (trois mille euros ! !). Le matériel et les logiciels sont absolument déplorables, et le service client est déplorable. Évitez-les à tout prix.
J'ai réservé un créneau pour récupérer un colis et je suis resté à la maison toute la journée à attendre le chauffeur, qui n'est jamais venu ni ne m'a contacté. Après un enlèvement raté, impossible de fixer un nouveau créneau, j'ai donc dû faire 30 minutes de route pour me rendre à une agence de dépôt. Qualité déplorable et prix élevé. Évitez-les autant que possible.
Ils ne font aucun effort pour livrer un colis, puis mentent en affirmant qu'il n'y avait personne, et mettent ensuite une éternité à renvoyer le colis à l'expéditeur, retardant ainsi le remboursement. C'est totalement non professionnel. Évitez absolument de faire appel à eux.

I know that they are almost a bank and therefore they need to monitor transfers but they block far too many incoming transfers (even regular, identical, monthly payments from my pension company). They obviously apply no inteligence (artificial or otherwise) when scanning transactions and obviously have no concept of white listing recurring incoming transfers.

Produit de bonne qualité (crochet de suspension pour plante). Commandé le 25/05/2025; expédié le 26/05/2025; arrivé le 28/05/2025. Bien emballé pour quelque chose qui n'est pas facile à emballer.
Website is dreadful. Either hangs or crashes. If you actually manage to get your reservation to load it gives wildly different prices for a seat upgrade each time you try to upgrade. Then if you accept the price, it won't process the upgrade and tells you to use the chat bot. But the chat bot proudly says it will not accept payments... you must phone... but it's nearly impossible to find the phone number (the chat bot refuses to give it to you!). If you do phone the call centre the staff are really nice but they too get prices that change multiple times while they try to process the upgrade.
Nighmare voice navigation phone system renders it impossible to contact them. Don't use them under any circumstances, find a company that uses humans to answer the phone.
These people are criminals. They cancelled our flight 7 months before departure... they forced us into booking another flight (free of charge) but then they charge you a second time to get the seats you already paid for the first time. It's just robbery plain and simple.
They block outgoing payments for no reason (even to organisations you have already sent payments to) and they take DAYS to release them. It would be much better if they just rejected payment requests so I can use a different bank.
They also block incoming payments for no reason and demand all sorts of documentation to release the payment.
NOTE We have been a client for 4 years so they have a good historical view of our transactions but they still block payments.
