Liar and incompetent
I recently purchased a gaming computer from Dubaro, a German company, for 2100 euros. Unfortunately, the product arrived with defects, and I was unable to use it. I contacted Dubaro's customer service to address the issue, and after multiple failed repair attempts, they agreed to accept the return of the computer and provide a full refund.
However, upon returning the product, I received only 1700 euros as a refund, which is not the full amount I initially paid. I have contacted Dubaro to clarify the situation and request the outstanding 400 euros, but they have insisted that the product's value has decreased and they are not obligated to refund the full amount.
Despite my attempts to communicate my rights as a consumer under both German and French legislation and the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Dubaro has not been willing to provide the complete refund we had initially agreed upon. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and the poor customer service I have experienced with this company.
I hope that by sharing my experience, potential customers can be aware of the possible difficulties they may face when dealing with Dubaro, especially in cases of defective products and refunds. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Dubaro to be cautious and to thoroughly research their options before making a decision.
