I want to send the biggest apology to you. Unfortunately, at this time, I feel that I am simply unable to finish this piece in a satisfactory manner. I will be issuing refunds in waves as I am able, with priority going to those who respond to my notes first.

If you are interested, I am willing to forego refunding in lieu of commissioned art of up to $5 greater value to be completed in line with my current queue. Please let me know if you are interested in this option to that we can discuss options.

Alternatively, if you are the type that likes to collect characters, I do have a number of characters for sale that I would be willing to discus trading for the refund value. Obviously, not all characters I have for sale will be in the refund dollar range, but I am willing to work towards finding a good solution.
