With #20 that changes the spec version we should probably just stick to the current one for the time being, deleting |

SDF 1.11 adds a veri nifty
inertial autoproperty that allows auto-calculating inertial values from density / collision mesh.I copied it in and defaulted to it.
But I do wonder, is there a way to use some sort of parameter to tell this library which version of the specification it should target? Maybe through feature flags? Or build arguments?
