This adds support for picking GPU device for EGL-backed rendering programmatically, and adds an example.

The example looks very complicated. Would it be possible to have a render method for the pool ? Something like:

pool.render(width, height, cam_name, gpus2use)

Such method would be completely synchronous.

@wojzaremba Yes, that's the plan eventually. First want to make sure it works alright (in terms of overhead etc) for the intended experiments. Will then move it to MjSimPool in a separate diff.
