Archived packages are not labelled as such in the scope package list for members

Currently, archived packages show up as regular packages interspersed with non-archived packages for scope members. This can be confusing. I would expect that archived packages in the scope package list would have an "archived" label and would be sorted at the bottom of the packages list.
