Adds support for sending Swanlab experiment notifications to Lark (Feishu) by introducing `swanlab_lark_webhook_url` and `swanlab_lark_secret` parameters. These parameters allow users to configure a Lark webhook to receive updates on their experiment progress.
Improves the layout of the swanlab configuration fields in the UI by grouping them into rows for better organization and readability.
