Jenkins Test Harness cannot instantiate Jenkins
To Reproduce
Add test which uses Jenkins Test Harness and tries to run JobDSL script
Additional context
This seem to happen due to Spock v2 used. Experiment with downgrading Spock to v1 proved that Jenkins Test Harness works as expected
Proposed fix
Downgrade Spock to v1
