This is required because Jenkins Test Harness cannot instantiate Jenkins when using Spock 2. In turn, Groovy version should also be downgraded to meet requirements of Spock. JeninsPipelineUnit seems working even with v1.19 but produces many warnings, for safety reasons its version also downgraded.
With downgrade of Spock broken tests started to work
