The return process was a complete disaster. The process was totally opaque, and the communication was a mix of Hungarian and English. I didn't receive a refund for weeks.

That was the first and last time I'll ever order from them.

Where is my orden? Tracking is not available

After I made my purchase , i cant find my package with the tracking link.
Besides, in the website, tracking package is not posible.
comunications with costumer service are fast but not enough. Some of them in húngarian lenguage.

Package not found. I've stated that I didn't receive my order despite the tracking saying it as delivered. I've asked everyone in my building and neighbors and they didn't see it. I am a regular customer of Biotech and this time while I was away for vacation your tracking says delivered and I didn't find it at all. Help me either get a refund or send me a similar product.

Package lost, no support

Ordered product January 6th. 10 days later, I haven't received it and tracking says the package hasn't moved since Jan 9th. When contacting customer support, they simply shared the tracking number (again) and said "they hoped it would arrive soon"

Vomit

Hello, here's a review of the Double Chocolate Protein Bar. The bar appears to be imported and was on sale here in Germany. The expiration date was still valid for another 6 months. The smell was okay, but as soon as I took a bite, I had an aftertaste of vomit—and I mean really vomit. This, of course, makes the bar inedible.

They give you points and then take them away 3 days later without any explanation = scam, thief

Gold status gives: Shopping cart discount coupons: 10–20% (in exchange for points) => False, only 10%. Contact customer service, they talk about everything except solving the problem.
